Very nice cooperative sales person who did everything in his power to get me the car I wanted. I got exactly what I wanted. Always courteous.

Extremely tough negotiations with the manager. No real room to meet me half way. I lacked "leverage", so he did better than I. Somewhat abrupt. Not the best experience.

Really efficient finance manager who was expert & had very pleasant personality. Made useful suggestions.

Salesman did thank me for being a 3 time repeat customer. No such thanks from management.
