Where to begin? After getting some estimates, they did not reply quickly to emails at all. I had many "pre-production" boxes made, to make sure the final product would be what I needed, but they made mistakes. For example, they forgot to insert a divider in the box and, on a different box, they put on the wrong stain. On the final product, there were multiple broken latches. Also, I asked for 50 boxes. They sent me 52 and charged me for the extra 2 without any notice. There was also a curious lack of any helpful information, such as the fact that cherry wood often has streaks in it that don't accept varnish. Finally, in order to get back money from them for the extra 2 boxes, I had to resort to filing a claim with the credit card company. They contacted me and are asking me to send them back (they''ll provide a label--how generous). So, for an order of over $1200, they are making me take the time to send back 2 boxes which are customized with my logo on them...what the heck are they going to do with them? Finally, for some of those pre-production boxes that they made mistakes on, I still had to pay the fee for doing them (they paid for one). Don't be fooled by friendly voices on the phone. They will suck every penny out of you if they can and you'll need to fight if there are any problems with your order.
